中国倒是人口过剩不缺劳动力，这种市场行为下的工资水平可想而知。已经够低了，还得过劳死

有命挣没命花的钱不去挣，你看上的是资本家给你的小钱，资本家看上的是你的命。呵呵，给够钱？给你1000万，要你一双眼睛，永远失去光明，你愿意吗？

收入是硬道理

现在IT行业普遍996,但人家那薪资也不是一般人能比的

这个是违法，看看某些大红大紫的所谓企业家们的嘴脸吧，中国的法律唉。。。。

不要用“企业家”这个词，本质上是“资本家”。

本质还是经济不景气，可供应的就业岗位有限，僧多粥少，你不干有人干。

自愿原则，强迫不接受

我看只需满足一个条件:自己愿意就行，愿打愿挨，不愿意的可以送择其他工作。

自愿不逼迫，给钱足够多，愿意干的和不愿意干的，自主选择呗
